We brought in Alan for a MBTI workshop with staff members who facilitate leadership development workshops with undergraduate students. One of our workshops touches on the MBTI, so not only did we want our staff to have a better understanding of the instrument, but we also wanted them to utilize this tool to personally develop and gain insight into their own interactions, both personally and professionally.
